Obituary
Vanessa Ann Perry Cox, 67, of Guffey CO, formerly of Cerulean KY, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 12 2023, she passed peacefully at home of natural causes.
Vanessa was born September 5, 1955 in Cadiz Ky to the late Carl Perry and Barbara Sowell Perry. Mrs Cox attended Trigg County Schools then went on to attend Western Kentucky State University. Vanessa met the love of her life, Ernest, in college and went on to create 48 years of wonderful memories together. Mrs Cox spent 20+ years working as a rural mail carrier in Cadiz, KY, where every one of her customers became family to her. She loved God, taking road trips & spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Trystan.
Vanessa leaves behind to keep her memory alive her husband of 48 years Ernest Cox, son Perry (Kayla) Cox, grandson Trystan Cox, brother James Perry and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Vanessa was predeceased by her parents Carl and Barbara Perry.
Honoring Vanessa's wishes there will be no services at this time.
