Phyllis A. Stofa

Phyllis A. Stofa was born in Shelbyville, Indiana on 8/18/1948.  Passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025 in Colorado Springs, CO at the age of 76. 

Phyllis graduated in 1966 from Scecnia Memorial high school in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Phyllis was a professional Barber/Stylist.  After retirement she enjoyed making silk floral arraignments, sewing/quilting and enjoyed baking for friends and family also volunteering for CHOICES In Woodland Park, Colorado. 

Phyllis was survived by husband, Jim Stofa, she leaves to cherish her memories forever Daughter: Heather Evans (Kevin), Son: Guy Foreman (Jill), Siblings: Vickie Williams, Jay Caron & Toby Gearries-Page (Jim).  Grand Children: Justin Foreman (Samantha), Joshua Griffin, Jazmine Wilson (Zachary), Aubree & Kyle Foreman. Great Grand Children: Bentlee, Mikaela, Bryson, Fabian, Lukas & Emberly, and the little bun in the oven. 

Preceded in death by her parents: Philip H. Caron & Arlene A Caron.

Phyllis was loved and will be missed by so many people.  She touched so many hearts with her warmth and approachable personality. Phyllis was a very giving and selfless person always putting others first.  She always made everyone feel welcome and humored us with her dry sense of humor. She will be dearly missed by all.
