Mary Thiel Obituary

Mary Carolyn Hart Thiel passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 89 in Woodland Park Colorado. She was born to Ethel and Stuart Hart on June 5th, 1934, in Detroit, Michigan.

Mary graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Texas Women’s University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She spent her life caring for others and inspiring them to be their best selves.

Mary was active in her faith and was a member of Pikes Peak Christian Church.

She is survived by her children, Karl and Virginia, daughter in law Sandra, Grandchildren, David, Sarah, Zach, Kelsey, and Lydia. Mary was preceded in death in 2005 by her husband Mark Benjamin Thiel.
