Marilyn J. Roberson

Marilyn J. Roberson, 94, passed away peacefully at her home in Florissant, Colorado, on December 23, 2024, at 8:03 a.m. She was born May 1, 1930, in Cridersville, Ohio, to Brooks and Blanche Horn. Marilyn graduated from Waynesfield High School and went on to build a life filled with love and family. 

On October 21, 1951, she married Bill H. Roberson, who preceded her in death on February 12, 1999. Together they raised a large and loving family. 

She is survived by her sister, Jane Saunders of Monett, Missouri; her children: Bruce (Rose) Roberson, Mark Kevin (Judy) Roberson, Sharon (Brian) Hardin, Brian Roberson, Dianne Dilbone, Michael Roberson, and Lance Roberson; as well as 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 3 nephews. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; her son Brent Roberson; her granddaughter Alexandra Roberson; and her nephew Christopher Saunders. 

A celebration of Marilyn’s life will be held at a later date. Marilyn’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May her legacy of love and devotion bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
