Larry Dallas Larson

Larry Dallas Larson, 81, of Divide, CO passed away of natural causes Nov. 3, 2023.  Visitation will be 9:30 the morning of the Celebration of Life.  Larry was born August 31, 1942 in San Diego, CA to the parents of Viola and Dallas Larson.  His main hobbies were stock car racing, bowling, hunting, fishing, being out in the mountains exploring with his faithful dog Po Bear, and spending time with his family.  He was a master plumber for 40+ years and traveled to where the jobs were available. 

He is survived by his siblings:  Roy Larson (Connie), Gloria Larson, and Linda Mearns (Steve) all of Colorado Springs; his children Gary Larson (Jody) from Marshalltown, IA, Cynthia Larson of Bentonville, AR, and Laurie Pearson of Centerton, AR.  He had 12 grandchildren.  Gary has three children:  Kacee, Hope, and Dylan.  Cynthia has five children:  Erica, Michael, Amanda, Nichole and Robert.  Laurie has four children:  Jennifer, Gracelynn, David-Lee, and Joseph.  He also had 16 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents Viola and Dallas Larson, his wife Ira Nellie Larson, and his beloved dog Po Bear. 

Date/Time of Service is Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Mountain Memorial Funeral Home in Divide, CO. 

Pallbearers for the service will be:  Dylan Larson, Eric Bailey, Michael Orr, Nick Larson, Robert Wade, and Gracelynn Pearson.  Honorary Pallbearer will be David-Lee Pearson. 

Thank you to Garden Ranch Assisted Living, Adobe Hospice Services of Colorado Springs, and Center of Centennial for their continued love and support making our dad comfortable, loved, and at peace.  We appreciate all the love and support from friends, family and staff/workers during his journey.
