Joan Clare Hendricks (Joanie) was born January 17, 1944 in Paterson City, New Jersey to Charles and Mae Hoffmann.  She had three brothers, Charles, Richard and Robert Hoffmann


Joanie married Myron Hendricks in Dover, New Jersey on September 18, 1965 and they divorced in 1988.


Joan worked for Teller County Clerk and Recorder for 27 years.


Joanie is survived by her two children Allison Derschan, her husband Donald Derschan III and Heather Hofmann, her husband Jesse Hofmann; Five grandchildren, Madison Jorgenson, her husband Kalen Jorgenson, Peyton Hofmann, Aidyn Derschan, Tyler Hofmann and Landon Derschan.  Two great-grandchildren, Kole and Kyler and her brothers, Charles Hoffmann (wife Sue Hoffmann), and Robert Hoffmann (wife Terri Hoffmann)


Joanie is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mae Hoffmann and her brother Richard Hoffmann.
