Jamie Marie Haworth, 48, of Florissant, CO passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 8, 2020. Jamie was born on April 22, 1971 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Jamie was an ‘Army Brat’ and lived all over the country and the world during her youth, ultimately landing in Rio Rancho, NM where she met her life long love and future husband, Scott Haworth. Scott and Jamie raised their children, Kaitlyn and Cody in New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. However, the mountains of Colorado is where they found their true home.
Jamie was known to always have a smile on her face and she touched the lives of everyone she met. Jamie was a good friend to everyone and was always there to provide encouragement and support to anyone through love and compassion. She was God’s Silent Servant.
Almost every single soul who came into Jamie’s life for any amount of time couldn’t help but have established some form of friendship with her. From family friends, to customers at her workplace, to strangers in the street, Jamie always sought to establish a loving, nurturing, and supportive role in their life. It is who she was to the very end and her influence left an impact on everyone who knew her.
Jamie is survived by her husband of 28 years, Scott Haworth, her Children Kaitlyn Wilson and Cody Haworth, her grandchildren Jayce, Rylee and Westyn, her son-in-law Ryan Wilson, her two dogs, Bailey and Hammy, her two cats, Belly and Dusty, all from Florissant, CO. Jamie is also survived by her parents, Jim and Judi Mathew of El Mirage, AZ and her brother and sister in-law, Chris and Angela Mathew, her niece and nephew Sarah and Dylan all from Franklin, TN. Jamie is reunited in heaven with her grandparents, Carl and Elfa Mathew and John and Jinnie Mae Davis, and her cousin Billy.
A celebration of life will be held in honor of Jamie at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 14th at the Impact Christian Church, 27400 Hwy 67, Woodland Park, CO 80863.
