Jimmy lived his life filled with love and joy ~ his love for his wife and family and his family of friends all surrounding him with their love.
Growing up in Rifle, Colorado he embraced an always active life. He had his first ski pass before he was two and began snowboarding and skateboarding at an early age. He later taught snowboarding in Aspen and at other Colorado ski areas. In 2013 he found his soulmate and best friend in Amber, his wife. Together they moved to Florissant and created a full and happy life filled with friends and family.
Jimmy loved the mountain life and took great joy in playing ~ Snowboarding, skateboarding, fishing, camping, regular game nights with friends, attending concerts and festivals~ He was always ready for an adventure. He touched everyone he met. His personality and smile, that truly lit up the room, made every gathering special and memorable.
Jimmy was a beautiful soul, gentle and generous in spirit. He believed in "showing up in life" always there for others offering his support and helping hand. A builder by trade, he was a hard worker who took pride in his work. Always curious, a life-long learner, a patient teacher, and a creative problem solver who always had a project going and ideas for more.
He will be deeply missed by so many~ His loving wife, Amber, parents Jim and Marcia, Sisters Sarah and Michelle (Alex) Wojcik; Nieces and Nephews; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, in-laws; and a large community of friends, many lifelong, many new, all so very dear to him.
Greatly Loved, Deeply Missed.
In remembrance of Jimmy may you be inspired to live your life with love and never lose the ability to find joy in your play.
