Debra Selleh-Hein Obituary

Debbie Selleh-Hein passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 in her home in Cripple Creek, CO at the age of 64.

Debbie was born October 13, 1956 in Chuquicamata, Chile to Charley and Mary Lou Gregg and was the oldest amongst her siblings Chip & Karen. Debbie graduated from East High School in 1974 and attended Rocky Mountain College before building a successful career in Healthcare and Executive Administration in Las Vegas, NV and Prescott, AZ before settling in Cripple Creek, CO in September, 2020.

Debbie married the love of her life and best friend Jim Hein on November 25, 2006 in Las Vegas, NV.  A life-long lover of books, she loved to read, then switch to coloring when her eyes hurt from reading too much.  Jeopardy was her favorite game show, and being so smart she was very good at it.   More than anything she loved spending time with her family, especially her six grandkids.

In her later years, Debbie found joy, love, and peace in Jesus. She would want everyone to know that she is "Dancing with Jesus" right this very moment, happy as can be alongside those we have lost.  Unconditional love, acceptance, generosity, friendship, and a constant attitude of gratitude are gifts she has given and passed on to so many. Everyone will know and remember how much she loved them.  We will forever miss you and we love you with all our hearts.

Debbie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Maggie Barney (spouse Brian); step children Kelly Fullterton and David Hein; beloved grandchildren: James, Juniper, Shelby, Taylor, Jackson and Jonathan; parents: Charley and Mary Lou Gregg; sibling: Chip Gregg and sister-in-law Bonnie Gregg; as well as numerous family members and friends.  Debbie is preceded in death by her spouse Jim Hein, sister Karen Freeman and brother-in-law Clay Freeman.

A celebration of life party in her honor will be scheduled in Las Vegas, NV at a future date in February.  Details will be shared with family and friends able to attend.
