Cheryl Sewell, 64, of Florissant, Colorado, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at home. She was born March 17, 1956 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Reverend James and Bessie Spencer.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Frank Sewell; two sons, Brandon Ponkilla and James “Jamie” Sewell of the home. Two daughters Caressa L. Fox and her Husband Travis of Edmond, Oklahoma; Heather Ponkilla-Cobb and her husband of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two step daughters Kristie Sewell-Jackson and her Husband Joe of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; Karrie Sewell of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Nine Grandchildren Grace Fox; Rylan Fox; Hannah and Peyton; Gavin Sewell; Cody Duke Brown; Chloe Mae Brown; Colby Lee Brown and Carlee Ann Brown. She loved and mentioned her family.

She enjoyed planting, arts and crafts and loved to hike and other outdoor activities.

She graduated from Strothers High School and continued her education at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma obtaining her Masters in Phsycology. She worked as a therapist at Wewoka Youth Services.
