Charles Simpson McGeough of Woodland Park Colorado, formally of Dallas Texas, passed away suddenly on March 24, 2026.
Charles was born on February 13, 1946. He attended the University of North Texas receiving Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs as a national marketing director for Veterans Rehabilitation until his retirement.
Charles enjoyed collecting antiques, especially antique toys. He spent time driving his British Morgan touring car. Travel was a passion and adventure for Charles, he took pride in visiting all seven continents.
Survived by his wife, Catherine Ann Rich; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Constance & Timothy Crouch; brother-in-law Joseph Naylon and niece Anna Naylon all of Omaha, NE. Nephew Paul (Astrid Lederhaas) Naylon; great nephews Rowan and Rory Naylon of Milwaukee, WI.
Preceded in death by his parents, Nancy Laura Simpson McGeough, John Joseph McGeough, brother Jack McGeough; Mother-in-law Mary Cull Rich; sister-in-law Christine Rich.
Celebration of Life to be arranged for a future time and place.
