Dr. Andrew “Andy” Neil Clark, age 66 passed away in his home in Woodland Park, CO, surrounded by family on Friday May 29th, 2026, after losing his battle with ALS.

Andy was born May 1st, 1960, in Corvalis, Oregon, to Malcolm Neil Clark and Norma Jo Johnson. He has one sister Denise Engel. During his childhood, he competed in cross country, tennis and skating competitions, making it all the way to the World level in roller skating. He attended Oakridge High School and graduated in 1978 as valedictorian. He then attended Drake University, followed by Medical School at the University of Iowa. After graduating medical school, he completed his residency in Sioux City, IA, and then moved to Gregory, SD to start his practice. He maintained his practice in Gregory for 30 years, where he also functioned as the Medical Director of the Ambulance Service. He loved his patients and his practice deeply, and touched many lives during his time there. He was also an active member and Deacon of the St. Joseph Catholic church, and inspired many with his faith. In 2018, he moved to Woodland Park, CO, and began practicing at clinics in both Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. He quickly grew a thankful and loyal patient base and was loved by both patients and coworkers alike. In addition to his medical practice, he actively helped run the Colorado Lions Camp with his wife, Erin. Together, they made the camp a truly special place, opening their arms to everyone involved. It became like a second home to many, with many campers and counselors becoming more like family and returning each year. He enjoyed camping, watching both professional and college football. He loved traveling with family and creating new memories and experiences. He always kept us laughing with his wild sense of humor and genuine love of life.

Andy is survived by his wife, Erin, of  Woodland Park, CO, and their  four-legged friend, Louie.

 His Daughters: : Rachel (Aaron) O’Dell  of Vidor, TX; Caitlin (Jean-Baptiste) Leconte of Omaha, NE;  and Hannah (Bryce) Newport of Woodland Park, CO.

His Sons: Michael Clark of Box Elder, SD and; Kaden Newport of Lake Villa, IL.

His Father: Malcom Neil Clark of Dallas, OR and Mother: Norma Jo Johnson of Box Elder, SD;

His Father/Mother-in-Law: John and Nadine (Omah and Opah) Flores of Osawatomie, KS

His Sister: Denise (Ray) Engel of Salem, OR;

His Sister-in-law: Amber (Michael) Bonner of Spring Hill, KS; Brother-in-law: Matt  (Eric) Flores of Waverly, NE; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents: Andrew Marion and Rachel Johnson of Cottage Grove, OR; and Clyde and Elizabeth Clark of Cottage Grove, OR.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, June 6th, 2026, at the Little Chapel of the Hills in Divide, CO, at 10:00 AM. Deacon Rudy Gonzales will be officiating. Reception will follow. Rosary will be at 8:30 AM preceding the service. The funeral service will be live streamed via Facebook for those family and friends who have reached out to attend, but cannot attend the service in person.

Bural will be held in Silver Lake, KS, at a later date.
