Alvin Wayne Hobbs

 Alvin Wayne (Boo) Hobbs age 58 of Gracemont, OK., received his heavenly body Saturday October 26, 2024, in Cripple Creek, CO.  Alvin was born March 3, 1966, in Dequeens, AR to Alvin and Juanita Hobbs.

Alvin worked hard all his life supporting his family. He started working as a CNA and various other jobs, ending his career of 35 years as a professional truck driver. He started his truck driving career with MS Carriers and ended with Flint Transportation. 

Alvin enjoyed singing, laughing, fishing, hunting, talking as he made all those around him a friend, and helping people. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. 

Alvin is survived by Mom Juanita Hobbs. Sisters Carla and husband John Thomas, Dianna and husband Earl Morris, Martie and husband Rick Batts. Brother Mike and wife Shelli Hobbs. Sister-in-law Karen James. Daughter Stormie Hobbs. Sons Alvin Wayne Hobbs Jr., Dillon and wife Brittaney Firmon. Thirteen grandkids, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.  

Alvin is proceeded in death by his Dad Alvin Leon Hobbs. Brother, Cecil James. 

Memorial services 1PM, November 23, 2024, at Sharon Evangel Church in Tuttle, OK.
