Dear David and Mike,
Ray came to Conifer, Colorado with Cristin and me in 1980, driving his Toyota FJ. Upon leaving each pit stop along I-70, we would blast Willy Nelson's On The Road Again! We'd both sing along for seconds and get back on the road.
His plan was to stay with us till he found a place of his own.  Ray was a wonderful person for us to have as a housemate.  He chipped in on cleaning, cooking, and he read a lot of books.
Ray loved Colorado, but he certainly missed his sons, speaking of you often.
I liked to "jog" on the mountain road and Ray would join me a few times, but wearing his cowboy boots!
He had his own way of doing things, "Don't cha know"!  I feel lucky to have known Ray!  Love, Cathy
