I worked for IREA in Woodland Park. I don't remember how I met Tom, whether it was at the View Inn or out in the field. Saw him around town a lot, Tom and if I recall, Steve Green. Tom was a very personable. Sorry to hear that he passed away.

Memories, they are the wonderful things that remain with all of us who knew Tom. Memories keep coming to me when he worked for the phone company and I had a excavation company here in Woodland Park. The coffee breaks and other times that we met. Lots of good memories.

I’m so saddened to know Tom has passed. I pray for God’s tender mercies of precious memories for all his loved ones.
Tom and Shirley and I were classmates in Manitou Schools until 1964! It has been my privilege to have kept in touch when I come for summers in Divide. One of my favorite memories is of the day we spent geocaching with Charlie (Chuck Anderson) in the forests of The Crags above Divide. We found the cache and a meadow full of columbines and a shallow cave for shelter during a tremendous thunderstorm! Wish we could do that one more time!
Our most Heartfelt sympathies..Judy and Ace Rawlins
