I live in Florissant. Take your time, ask for help, try not to shut yourself off from family and friends. I will be here if you need me. 687-6170

I am so sorry to hear of your loss of your dear Jaden. We lost our oldest daughter and know the pain you are feeling. Feel free to reach out if you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to listen. It was the love and support of friends and family that helped me during that time. I highly recommended going to "Compassionate Friends" a support group for parents who have lost their children. There is a group in Colorado Springs. With love and prayers

Kristi...you are a second mom to so many of our kids each day. You help our little ones navigate the ups and downs of growing up. As the mom of a kiddo who needed you and felt your love and care for...I thank you. What an amazing mom Jaden and Jordan have in you. What a gift you and your family are to our community. I wish with all of my heart, at this moment, that I could comfort you, care for you and shower you with love, like you have done for all of our kids. While Jaden will be missed deeply, he will always live on in you and your family. His beauty will always be felt when you are near. With a heavy heart, I keep you all in my prayers.

It was an honor knowing Jaden. Many people loved and cared for him, as he was a great person. We will not forget him, he will always be with us. I remember seeing him in the hallways with his bright orange sweatshirt, and I always said hi, and exalted small talk. Jaden was full of weird but true facts, and funny jokes. He was on most of my teams in Gym, and he always knew how to serve a volleyball, or hit a tennis ball. Lots of people in school and out love him, and always will. Mrs. and Mr. Hensley, I am so sorry for your loss. I am so glad that Jaden was a part of ALL our lives. He was SO AWSOME, and he always will be.

We are so deeply sorry for your loss. We will always keep Jaden in our hearts and remember him for the sweet, awesome and cool young man that he was. The girls always said how nice and smart he was. Lael enjoyed what little time she spent with him in rubik’s cube club this year as well. Our hearts are hurting so very much for your family. We care about you all and we will always hold a space for you. Again, we are so sorry and we are here for you for anything, any time. 💜

You will be missed but we know you are with God. My prayers are with your family and your friends. Rest in peace, dear one.

Jaden Hensley, on the 27th of February 2019. I said goodbye to Jaden leaving Mrs. Barry's classroom, but at that moment I did not realize that I would never be able to say goodbye to him again. i'm just upset and confused, you were always there to have a conversation or let me bounce ideas, things i’d made, things I wanted to make, secrets, my love for stingrays, or anything else weird or not weird. I just wish I could have let him know how much he meant to me as a great friend. I will always remember those few years I got to know him.

In loving memory of Jaden
