To Lillian, Mike and Theresa, and all the grandkids and great-grandmids,

I never saw Jim without a smile beaming from his face (even in the most difficult of circumstances). He was a human antidote to cynicism and complaints. Jim's optimism was like medicine to my heart when we talked. He radiated kindness like few people I have ever known. You guys had a treasure as a husband, dad, and grandpa. Imagine the ally you have now that he can watch over and cheer you on from his position with Jesus in that glorious and very; very alive and real company of witnesses in heaven! I know thinking about that can't and doesn't make up for the loss, but if you will let it; knowing he's there for you will make heaven feel more real every day.

Jim was a great guy. He leaves behind a wonderful family. I'm so sorry for your loss. Vickie and I love you all.
